Boy Talks shut out

We were just shut out from doing boy talks in one of our school
districts. Six Packs are affected.
We're still allowed to distribute fliers, but cannot enter the school
during the school hours.
Some of the Packs there have been able to have tables at open house &
have had a presence at recent festivals.
We're working on coming up with creative ideas for promotion at this late
date & have a very short lead time before the rally nights (each school
does it seperately). Recommendations, please.
Thanks!
