Attendance Rewards

Dear list members,
We have had a "candy jar" in the past to reward the Cubs for conforming
to the request that each be on time and have their necessary equipment.
Each boy received 1 point for being at scouts, 1 point for wearing their
uniform, and 1 point for having their book. If a boy got all 3 points
they were able to put 3 pieces of candy into a large jar. When the jar
was eventually filled, the candy was divided equally between ALL the
boys and given out at then end of Den Meeting. This "candy dividend"
happend about once every other month or so.
I do not personally like this method and wondered what some of you do
in your packs to reward the Cubs for attending, wearing their uniform
and bringing their books!
