Joe, I feel sure our Atlanta area reps are here -- probably in lurk-mode!
I-81 is getting to be as much a zoo as I-95, and while I'm impressed as
heck that anyone towing a trailer COULD do 85 in a rainstorm, I gotta
wonder if his shoe size is a number bigger than his IQ.
[To try to be fair, though, maybe the driver was from South Louisiana,
where to slow down in a blinding rain is DANGEROUS because no one else
does, which makes you the menace. Been there, done that, and as a
result, I do find myself driving faster under worse conditions than I did
before I spent 10 yrs in Bayou Country.]
