About a year or more ago we here were told that this number system
xx-fff is for Council Bin items to be obtained by your Council
leadership. I checked as well to verify YET things can change.
If you go to your Council they might copy the items for you
unless of course a pile of people show up and they decide to
order from their supply point.
Of note is that in some of the books like the new Advancement
Booklet the Rules are inside whenever they apply.
