Was he an Eagle Scout prior to April 1, 1999? No. Then he must become an
Eagle Scout under the current requirements, which include Personal
Fitness MB. I understand that he may use either the new requirements or
the old requirements for the Personal Fitness MB through the end of
April 2000. Both sets of requirements can be found on the USSSP site
from http://www.usscouts.org/mb/index.html.
