Hi Folks,
Many of us are using the net to learn and get resources that help us in our
Scouting jobs, hobbies, jobs and more. And although we all enjoy the net, I
would be that there are very few that don't think or worry about their
children using the net. And there are probably a lot more concerned parents
in your unit. There is a new website that has been developed by the many
Internet and industry groups to help parents and families have a safe
Internet experience. You may want spend a minute or two at
http://www.getnetwise.com/ and have a look yourself. "GetNetWise is a
resource for families and caregivers to help kids have safe, educational,
and entertaining online experiences."
