Thanks to all who responded. I will be forwarding the piece on to
Irving.

FWI, I just got a piece of email from the company and I show it in it's
entirety below:

Subject: Rainbow Technologies Mail Piece

From: mkoontz <mkoontz@rainbow.com>
To: <JohnDurbetaki@worldnet.att.net>

Mr. Durbetaki:

The intended message of our mailing piece using the Scouting image was
to indicate to the reader that even icons of the highest moral character
and ideals may not appreciate that the unauthorized copying of software
is illegal. We certainly did not intend to imply that Scouting would in
any way encourage or condone such behavior. We sincerely apologize to
those who have taken offense to this advertising piece.

The use of the advertising brochure has been completely discontinued and
we assure you that the brochure will never be used again.

We value the work of Scouting and other organizations supporting the
youth of America. Each year we sponsor a charity event where the
beneficiary of all the proceeds provides scholarships to children at
risk. We appreciate your concerns and value your input.
