troop size limit.

Lord Powel suggests a troop of no larger than 32 scouts. our troop is 37 now
with 15+ expected to cross over next year. we are receiving many transfer
requets also.
We are considering freezing at approx. 35 especially since parental
involvement is low. We antticipate only 1 adult definate for camp next
summer.
has anyone had this ame problem and did you limit the size of the
troop. suggestions wanted.
