BUG OFF! and other canoeing questions.

Hi All
Next week our Venture Crew heads out to our canoeing trip in Quetico Park
Canada, which is near the Boundary Waters area. I have a few questions for you
experienced folks of the area.
First, bug repellent. What kind of repellent do you guys advise for the critters
in the Quetico Park, Boundary Waters area? We hear that the mosquitoes will
carry off the young if they are not tied down.
Second, we are very likely going to canoe over 50 miles, but we were wondering
where and how to do the service project requirement for the 50 miler award. We
were wondering about clean up from the storm. Anyone near there have ideas or
experience?
And finally, we are staying a couple of days in the Twin Cities area, how can I
get a Minnesota Viking autograph?
