Well spoken. I know one Eagle who spent three years on OA trail crews at
Philmont; another who rarely makes troop meetings but serves actively as OA
chapter chief; one who came back as a Den Leader even though he has no
children of his own, and has now moved over to a troop as an Assistant
Scoutmaster. I just don't like to see a Scout who needs that one last merit
badge, the one with a 6-month time requirement, get it (start to finish) in
the 5 months before he turns 18.
