ref difference between WB & SMF

I would like to disagree with one point of Mike Walton's post.

I do agree with his description of SMF, but disagree with his interpretation
of WB. I my humble opinion WB is not advanced Scout training but additional
Scout training in leadership skills. You are put into patrols and do some
Scout skills, but the majority of WB is the passing on of 11 leadership
skills that can not only be used in Scouting, but your every day life..
