Sorry, Tee, but that's for civilian (non-uniform) wear. Personally, if a
mother wore the pin on her lapel, or maybe centered on the left pocket flap,
I would probably admonish her once and never say another word. I try fo
follow the regs; I also try to recognize a parent's pride.
