Okay, you guys have done it! My blood is really starting to boil. No one
can add nor delete requirements. Unless my poor old eyes are deceiving me,
the word mature (or any variation thereof) does not appear in the
requirements for Eagle Scout or any other scouting rank. The Scout either
does or does not complete the requirement as written. If he successfully
completes each of the requirements, he is then recognized for his
achievement. It is really simple!
