another Money Store ad

I just saw a new, at least to me, Money Store ad that features a family of
three with dad and son in full Boy Scout uniforms.
If I remember the original ad the uniformed Scouts were packing a car with
gear. A normal activity.
The new ad has the family just standing there smiling.
This is not a proper use of the uniform to me. If national allows the use of
the uniformed Scouts in ads of this business I feel that the Scouts should
be portrayed in a "natural" way. Just standing there is a full blown
endorsement of the business's services with no background story.
In my eyes the lending of money goes against the 9th Scout law of THRIFTY.
What do you folks think?
