I think Cub Scout leaders would benefit from fully understanding what
they are grooming the Cubs to become. I know that having had WB
helped me when in my 'third incarnation' I found myself Cubmastering
again. As for Venture, I was not aware that there was a major
difference in leader philosophy or youth leadership principles.
