Re: Good SM's min.

Kevin,

I have to thank you with all of my heart for sending
this to the group.
I have been involved for the past several weeks in
battling with a SM to see that a young man that >has finished
all of his requirements for
the Eagle Rank, receive his recognition. This has
involved a constant daily barrage of at least 2 >lengthy emails
from not only the SM but
also a pair of troop parents that are supporting
him. It has been extremely stressful to the point >that I have
questioned "Why am I doing
this? Why do I feel so strongly about this?"

I'm sure that when you pressed that send button, you
had no idea that you would touch someone's heart the >way that you
have impacted mine.
My resolve is strengthened by this lovely story.
The situation is almost at an end. I thank you from >the bottom of my
heart!

There is a story many years ago of an elementary
