Unfortunately I know the answer. Our Troop rechartered in December, handing
in the documents to our wonderful DE early in the month.
However, no adults have received Scouting and now scouts have received Boys
Life since the Feb issues. Reason: Council has not finished entering stuff.
Three things happened here:
Changes in staff
Move to new hardware software platform
Council office moved
So, if you haven't gotten it, check with your DE.
