I recently offered to send two people copies of this little booklet,
which is long since out of print. However, I managed to trash my hard
drive partition table (my own dumb fault) a couple of weeks ago and lost
all my email. I've just yesterday gotten back online. Would those two
people identify themselves, and email me privately with their mailing
addresses?
If anyone else would like copies, perhaps I can scan the booklet and
email it, considering the difficulty I had in finding the opportunity to
get to Office Depot to make photocopies.
