Rik Bergethon asked about cooking at roundtable. We did this once in the
parking lot of the church where our RT meets. A sheet of heavy gauge metal
propped on concrete blocks held the heat of the concrete and allowed us to
use charcoal for direct cooking and dutch ovens. Put some blocks under the
middle to carry the dutch oven weight.
