WB is really the same - there are 11 leadership skills (present program).
Those don't change (unless you consider name (Manager of Learning to
Effective Teaching, for instance). The change in delivery vehicle is to
provide familiar setting to Scouting job (Pack, troop team, etc.)

If the ticket is difficult, Coach Counselor should have provided more
guidance? In addition to having been CD on 2 courses, have been on staff
for both BS and VS courses. At the same time of the VS course at Owasapi
(Chicago Area Council camp), there was a Cub course, which covered the same
11 principles, in Cub setting.

I don't think we need to fear what is coming - it appears to be a great
opportunity to insure that quality training occurs for our leaders.

We can all help to provide trained leaders for our boys (not just in WB).
We don't send youth to untrained teachers at school. Let's help get ALL
leaders (including Committee) to Basic Training (I am SM for Fundamentals
Course right now).

If anyone could forward this to Woodbadge list (I can't find my address :(
), a cross-post might develop some interesting additional dialogue.
