I just approved such an Eagle project last night. The candidate told me
that any firehouse in NYC would accept food donations for Kosovo and
that the Kosovo Relief Organization (or some such title) in Manhattan
would accept clothing donations. Both organizations told him that
transportation would be handled. He is planning to collect both.
