First I want to thank everyone that contributed to this lively discussion,
I so fiercely began.
Second, I am conceeding that the GSS and the travel permit, do STATE area,
regional, or National event. Although in the last 10 years in scouting, I
cannot remember the last "area" or "regional" event here in NE.
(OA conclaves are regional, I guess)
But I would like to see it made more clearly. Even our DE was caught when
presenting at SMF.
So don't be shy out there. I look forward to the good discussion that goes
on after I rant and rave awhile! Kind of like a scouters campfire!
