Lapwing in the stars, Introduction.

I am from the Netherlands, an ex-scout, ex- by an accident and now
too busy in volunteering in a public observatory to re-join, without
very strong excuse. My sister and some of my neighbours, like my
sister of the female persuasion, are still Scouts. In the meaning of
Scouting members, not people in between Kwestas and Explorers.

I'm still a Lapwing, in a way.
