Thank you for all your sources, suggestions, etc. The Eagle project has all
signatures and it has been approved by everyone. The Scout will be at the
meeting this monday to present his project to the Scouts and ask for
assistance.
I figured out why they were concerned about his other Eagle requirements.
Since he has 3 months left, they were concerned that he was not performing as
Den Chief and would not have enough time to put in his 6 months of position
of responsibility. This issue had to be addressed first. He has
successfully performed this requirement...so all is well...and I'm really
glad!!
