This various with leaders and areas. I have no problem with the kids in my
unit (a Venturing Crew)
or the OA lodge refering me as 'Michael' or 'Mike'. As far as I'm
concerned, "Mr. Brown" is my dad.
Many of the leaders in my OA lodge are refered to by their first names.
Have never seen a problem with lack of respect.
