Bernadette,
Is the pack leadership aware that the existence of the pack is in
jeopardy? You may ask the UC to stay away, but the CR may go back to the
Chartered Orgnaization with a negative report that could result in one of two
things: 1) all unit leaders get removed (CR has the the power to do that)
and/or 2) they decide not to recharter with the BSA.
If you have problems with a Unit Commissioner it would be a good idea to
contact his/her ADC or the District Commissioner; we're not here to take
sides.
