I guess that all depends on how you define "uniform". Does it mean a
costume (not in a negative context, see Webster) or in harmony? At our
Troop several years ago, the PLC decided to adopt wearing our Troop
t-shirts to meetings during the summer months - defined as May through
August, and on several occasions the Troop wore the same t-shirt to the
evening retreat (alla Heartbreak Ridge) at summer camp. No, they weren't
"in UNIFORM" but yes, they were "uniform".

I thought it showed a good understanding of what the methods were all
about.

One man's opinion, I could be wrong.
