Mike,
THANK YOU!!!!! I've been looking for a whiz bang way
to illustrate during training, etc., the need to guard
against 'been there, done that' syndrome. Various
statements I've considered all felt like they would
fall flat, but this, and the new rush of ideas it is
inspiring right now, is a KEEPER! Oh, how I love it
when the light comes on in me lil' head. Thanks again
for flippin the switch!
