Adding new positions

I'm looking to add a few new positions to the already existing committee.
This is another way I'm trying to stimulate parental involvement within our
pack. I know of many packs that have positions other than the so called
"norm," I'm dumbfounded on the names of these positions. If any one can help
I'd be very appreciative?
