Getting Boys to Join

I am presently trying to develop a tri-fold to be handed out to 5-9th
grade boys this May to encourage them to join Boy Scouts. I have been
reviewing information and flyers from National and it all seems to be aimed
at the parents. I want to aim it at the boys. I have a limited budget (=no
color photos) and a short turn around (so what else is new). Any ideas,
examples, or names of good head doctors for me (somehow I always jump in
before I know I deep the water is) will be appreciated.
