It is listed as Revised by Bill Bearden and Bill Wedertz, United States

I don't know how much it is used. You might check with a Naval Recruiter
(unless some Naval person is out there with an answer).. I've never been
in the military, so I don't know if it is still used.
I acquired my copy from the City Recycling Center. Our troop works one
weekend per month at the center helping people unload vehicles. This was
in with a collection of books someone had dropped off (hoping to recycle
them) and was being stored because no one knew what to do with them. I
"recycled" it into my library because it looked interesting. I haven't had
a chance to look completely thought it, but I'm glad I acquired it.
