EXCEPT a uniform jacket or jac-shirt. There are specific rules regarding
which patches may be worn on uniform items. One of the most popular items to
decorate with extra patches is the red jac-shirt; it looks ridiculous! The
definitive statement is on page 5 of the Insignia Guide, No. 33066.
