For your anti virus program to detect Melissa, you'll have to have the very
latest update from the company. One from the last couple of days matter of
fact. This will solve most of your problems, but since Melissa is
mutating, it isn't a sure thing.

To be completely safe, just don't open any attachments unless you know what
it is, and you were expecting it. Just because you know the person who
sent it to you isn't enough. That's part of the virus. Let me know if you
have any other questions.
