Making a move

Hello all,
Can anyone tell me if there is some sort of paperwork I should get filled
out if we are moving? I am a SA and my son is a 2nd Class. We are moving
shortly and I wasn't sure if there would be some paperwork that would be
needed by a new troop when we get to where we are going. I just wanted to
get a head start and maybe make the transition a little smoother. TIA
