The following may only apply to the Virginia Army National Guard--if it
does, I apologize.
The Virginia Army National Guard no longer supplies water containers to
events and organizations due to liability issues.
HOWEVER, I have had great success with the United States Marine Corps
Reserve. They seem to be more than willing to help us out in numerous
capacities, including water buffalos. I might add that their water is
certified by a US Navy Corpsman, otherwise I would be reluctant to drink
Marine water. (that's a joke, and if it upsets you, I don't want to hear
it!).
