Mike Walton asked me to forward this to the list since he still doesn't
have easy access to scouts-l. meanwhile I have sent him the address and
phone number of the nearest council (Buckskin) according to the Local
Council Locator on the BSA National Site.

For any of you who might have a need for this, it's kind of hard to find
on the BSA site, so here is the direct URL:
