IMHO on keeping blue cards:
BE PREPARED for the fact that something might go wrong by keeping blue cards
and advancement cards. Computers and people make errors.
AND it teaches the youth to be responsible for himself. Keeping track of
vital paperwork is a skill people need for life. Keeping track of blue cards
and advancement cards would be a good practice.
Just my 2 cents.
