As the husband of the district advancement chair, I can testify to you the
importance of Blue Cards. On at least 6 occaisons in the past 4 months a
boy needed to provide his Applicant Copy of a blue card to verify that he
had earned the Merit Badge befor his Eagle Application could be approved.
For these 6 boys, and the countless others in the same boat, those blue
cards DO do doodly, the help groom Eagles!
