Well, I can now vouch for the fact that blue cards have value. My son earned
two merit badges before he arrived in our current council. His blue cards for
those first two merit badges--nearly seven years ago in another council--allowed
his app to be certified by the registrar just minutes ago so he can have his BOR
in the next couple of days. He's kept all his stuff in a trading card type
plastic holders for several years and it finally paid off!
