The Troop Budget

I just looked in the SM Book (The new one!) to find out about doing the
budget, we have been a troop for a year and the time has come to do a
budget. Any hints, tips, ideas, don't do's or other suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. We have just formed a working troop committee that
involves all the parents and I need to get the finance folks started on the
right foot. We also need an idea of how much the fundraisers need to aim
for. Thanks for all of your advice and help in advance.
