I asked my resident seamstress about that and she said that it is still
a flat surface. The "bobbin" which sews in the bottom would have to have
the ability to sew in a "sleeve" which even the inexpensive "home" units
have today. Surely the commercial outlets have that ability. Sorry but
$15 is just a number made up to discourage us!! They screwed up and have
a warehouse full of pants to sell!
