1) Is a young man allowed to go back and earn his Wolf rank when has
just joined Scouts as a 3rd-grader and is a member of a Bear den? I
realize that he must first earn his Bobcat badge.
2) As far as camp stoves goes, what does MSR stand for?
3) Does snowshoeing qualify as an activity for the Snow Sports mb?
