You can get the BSA COPE Manual thru your council office. and there are
many good books for different builders group. But the BEST way to get
this
infor is to find someone trained and experienced in rope course to help
you. Look around your area and see if any other group is using a rope
course. If you have specific questions please free to email me for an
answer.

There are web page to learn about the program and some about running
them.
But most builders want to hand-on training, so they don't put the infor
on
the web.
