Hi all,
Mike's discussion of eqrningf the Scoutmaster's Key and the Scouter
Training Award are accurate, with only one exception--the Scouter
Training Award MUST be earned by a SM working on the Scoutmaster's Key;
it is a requirement, not an option. AS one who was awarded the
Scoutmaster's Key award a short time ago, I am intimately familiar with
the requirements for it :<) ...
