Yes, I've been to SeaBase twice as a youth member, and believe me,
there's a LOT of female youth and adults that attend one of the
sessions there in the Keys!!

In the past, there has been sessions set up for "outside
organizations" but with the BSA's youth protection policies in
place at all of its national outdoor adventure facilities, I don't
think that they are accepting anyone except registered BSA members
(which means your daughters must be registered as Venturers to
attend...not that they have to drop their GSUSA associations...they
can and many have done BOTH Venturing (Exploring) and Girl Scouting
at the same time!!)

The facilities are plentiful and not unlike those found at most
"caddy summer camps" (lots of restrooms, shower facilities and
private dressing areas). The females attending Sea Base also work
around and in various sea-faring vessels, with restroom facilities
there too.

>In order for me to get girls to be interested their parents need

SeaBase is a national BSA facility and as such, there are higher
standards associated than with just the regular summer camp. It is
a very modern facility and the staff is great!

Ask your Council to provide you with a copy of the Sea Base
videotape which explains the facility. It's a little dated because
it was done during the heyday of Exploring, but it gives a good
impression and a pretty accurate one too, of what to expect there
in Florida.

Hope this helps out!
