I know of no limit except that which you must impose yourself when it becomes
clear you are hurting yourself more than helping.
If you have too many, it will seem like you whole troop program centers on
fund raising and the boys, not to mention the parents, will lose interest and
drift off.
If you have a real need for money, I would suggest one of two well planned
fund raisers that everyone is worked up over. Give your best shot, then give
it a rest!
