Nothing against the professionals, but the first person outside the unit
who should be called is the Unit Commissioner. And if you don't have one
(Lord knows why, but there just aren't enough of us), call the District
Commissioner. We're trained to handle situations like this. And we'll make
the unit leaders think they devised the solution, too.
