"Although a Webelos Scout reaching age 11 or completing fifth grade is eligible to become a
Boy Scout, he may remain in the pack for six months after his eleventh birthday or until he
completes the fifth grade, whichever is later. Webelos dens usually graduate together and form
a new patrol in the troop. Grade-based Webelos dens should graduate in February or March of
the fifth-grade year."
We can see that this month or next is when he should be bridging but I would would want to know
what the rest of the den is doing. He should probably bridge at the same time as the rest of the den.
