Gee you mean it is not protocol to wear a neckerchief with your uniform?
we have two choices as leaders if we completed our WB training either our
group colors or ouur Gilwell Necker and if we don't have it on we are not in
complete uniform and really can't wear the shirt, unless we are doing a game
or an activity that it could get caught in.
