Obviously the chapter by chapter number is personal preference.
Personally, I despise books so paginated. Is pg 4-352 1/4,
1/2, or 7/8th of the way between the front and back covers? (g) OTOH, pg
562 out of 678 is a lot easier to find.

Yes, I suppose I COULD tab the first page of each chapter, but then the
tabs would get in my way, tear off, rip the page ...
